EXCLUSIVE USAGE RIGHTS & LICENSING
The images you commission IMAGE 1ST (img 1st limited) to create, will be exclusively licensed to you so that any concern over how your images will be used at a later date is eliminated.
The licence we give you is valid for life and applicable worldwide. You can use our images across one or all media, print and digital, whichever is agreed upon quoting. We will not licence the same work to other customers.
FLEXIBLE LICENSING
You’re free to use our work on anything that is pre-agreed, this includes: websites, blog posts, social media, advertisements, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, newspapers, magazines, books, film and television productions, web and mobile applications and product packaging.
COPYRIGHT All copyright belongs to IMG 1ST LIMITED
Our copyright is protected by UK law under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA 1988). No additional usage fees will apply provided the images are used in connection with the project for which they were commissioned and invoiced. If the images are later used beyond the original agreed scope, additional usage fees may apply. These will be offered at discounted rates.
CONFIDENTIALITY
During and after the photoshoot, we will not publicise the images we take for you on social media or our website. We will wait until an agreed time before the images can be used for our own PR, your images under our terms will never be sold for stock or licensed to another company.
