EXCLUSIVE USAGE RIGHTS & LICENSING
The images you commission IMAGE 1ST (img 1st limited) to create, will be exclusively licensed to you so that any concern over how your images will be used at a later date is eliminated.
The licence we give you is valid for life and applicable worldwide. You can use our images across one or all media, print and digital, whichever is agreed upon quoting. We will not licence the same work to other customers.
FLEXIBLE LICENSING
You’re free to use our work on anything that is pre-agreed, this includes: websites, blog posts, social media, advertisements, marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, newspapers, magazines, books, film and television productions, web and mobile applications and product packaging.
COPYRIGHT
All copyright belongs to IMG 1ST LIMITED (IMAGE 1ST).
Our copyright is enshrined in law – in the UK, it is wrapped up in a piece of legislation titled the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (or ‘CDPA 88’ for short). However, no additional fees will be added as long as our work is associated with the project we have invoiced for. If at a later date the images commissioned are used outside of the agreed arrangement, additional fees will apply at discounted rates.
CONFIDENTIALITY
During and after the photoshoot, we will not publicise the images we take for you on social media or our website. We will wait until an agreed time before the images can be used for our own PR, your images under our terms will never be sold for stock or licensed to another company.
LOST PROPERTY
Please make sure you leave with everything you arrived with. img 1st limited will not be liable for any items left behind. Items left for over 7 days at the studio will be donated to charity.
The Website is provided by us without any warranties or guarantees. You must bear the risks associated with the use of the Internet. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on The Website we will try to correct them as soon as we can.
In particular we are not liable to you for the following:
Incompatibility of The Website with any of your computer or telecommunications equipment or software.
Technical problems or errors or interruptions of The Website.
Inadequacy of The Website to meet your requirements.
To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (included but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss or privacy or loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to The Website.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
We aim to deal with any questions in a fair, confidential, swift and effective way. They should be directed via e-mail us to info@image1st.co.uk and include full contact details in addition to your e-mail address together with order number where appropriate.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
The changes will apply to the use of The Website after we have given notice. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms and Conditions you should not continue to use The Website. If you continue to use The Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of The Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms and Conditions.

We make no promise that materials on The Website are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United Kingdom, and accessing The Website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from that Act.
